How long will my carpets take to dry?

There are many factors to consider, the amount of soiling in the carpet, the length of pile, the weather, the temperature in the property. Part of a professional carpet cleaner`s skill is to clean the carpets as thoroughly as possible and leave the carpets as dry as possible. However our market leading equipment extracts far more moisture. Your carpets should dry quickly and will be able to be walked upon immediately.

Will I have to clear all the furniture out of the room?

No. Whilst we appreciate the removal of small objects and breakables, we have a system of working with larger pieces. We will move as much of the furniture as possible but some items may have to be cleaned around. Chairs and table legs will be protected by foil where necessary to prevent them marking the carpet. Theses can easily be removed the following day when the carpets are dry.

Will hot water extraction (steam cleaning) damage my carpet?


No. Hot water extraction is the method preferred by major carpet manufacturers. It is considered by many to be the best method of removing embedded soil and other contaminants.

Why should I have my leather professionally cleaned?

Like any skin, leather needs regular care to retain its moisture and softness. Most store-bought leather cleaners and conditioners provide immediate relief but end up causing long-term damage. Professional products applied by professional technicians will keep your leather looking and feeling great for a long time.

The tag on my furniture recommends a dry cleaning method. Can you still clean it?

Yes, we can. We’ll test your fabric to determine which cleaning method will be the safest and most effective. That tag, or “Manufacturer Liability Code,” is required to recommend “a” cleaning method even though it may not be the most effective method for removing soil.

Do you carry public liability insurance?

Yes … Our insurance covers for damages within within your home or workplace as well as any accidents that may occur within your home or workplace to our staff members. If you would like we will send you a copy certificate validating our insurance cover.
